1 Year Post Op
It has been a year sincde I had RNY surgery. With the help of this board and hard work I have come a long way. I had not posted photos in the past but having been motivated and inspired and most importantly reassured prior to my surgery by other peoples photos i uploaded before and after to my profile. Thanks again to everyone who has shared on this message board. Just to let you know the latest after photo was at a triathlon I completed this weekend. Five months ago I couldnt run and three months ago I couldnt swim. With the help of my surgery my swimming is still abysmal but I was 11th fastest runner in an open field of 110 over 3.7 miles.
Congratulations on your success! You look fantastic.
